The engineering firm Saitec awarded the contract to draw up the urbanisation project for Zorrotzaurre

The Management Commission has awarded the contract to draw up the urbanisation project for the first phase of Zorrotzaurre to the local Bizkaia firm Saitec.

Saitec will define the characteristics of the urbanisation of the 165,000m2 of streets and squares (excluding the green zones) of the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action 1 of the Mixed Area of Zorrotzaurre.

The firm which was awarded the contract for a total of 289,720 Euros (VAT included), has 7 months (excluding the time required for municipal permits) to draw up the plans.

There were 19 tenders (which grouped together 34 companies) for the project which was originally tendered out for 484,000 Euros (VAT included).
